Water Boils at 100 degrees. It freezes by going below 0. It has three forms:
Water
Ice
Steam

This is a cyclic Cycle becasue it can come back to either of it's other form

This graph shows at what temperature the water was at at each minute of this experiment

Conclusion:

I think there were many things the results of the change of state lab showed me and made clear. First of all, I did not realize how fast water changes temperature, and how smooth the temperature change is as shown by this chart. Also, I didn’t realize that the water stays at basically the same temperature when it gets to the boiling point, as it turns into gas. I think, according to these results, that the cycles of water are cyclic because, although they are not in any specific order, the water keeps changing from ice, to water, to gas or the other way around. I also measured the water in the beaker at the end of the experiment, and the water level had gone down a little bit during the duration of the project, which means some of the water had turned into a gas. All in all, the change of state lab showed me better what I had already known about the changes of states of water.
